These terms cover your use of developers.wisp-os.com and the developer sign-in inside WispOS. Sending apps to the App Store is also covered by the Developer Agreement.
1. Your account
- You must give your real name and an email address you can read. The store writes to it about your account and your apps.
- Your account is yours alone. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is sent from your account.
- Your developer name and publisher id must be your own. The store may refuse a name that looks like someone else's, or like the store's.
2. Using the site
- Use the site and its calls only as they are offered: through this page and through WispOS.
- Don't try to reach another developer's account, submissions or numbers, probe the site for weaknesses, or get around its limits on tries and uploads. If you find a security problem, tell us at support@wisp-os.com instead.
- Don't send anything that is malware, unlawful, or not yours to send.
3. Your apps and what you send
You keep the rights to your apps. By sending one, you let the App Store store it, review it, countersign it, and, once approved, list it and deliver it to WispOS users, for as long as it is on the store and for installed copies after that.
4. Availability
The site is offered as it is. It may be down, change, or stop. The store may take an app off the store, or close an account that breaks these terms or the Developer Agreement.
5. Changes
New versions of these terms get a new date. Each version stays readable at its own address on this site.
