These are the terms you accept when you create a WispOS developer account. They apply to every app you send to the App Store from that account.
The agreement
- Every app I send is mine to publish: I wrote it or hold the rights to everything in it.
- One app, not a store: my apps don't install, sell, list or carry other apps.
- What my app's listing says is true: its permissions, the servers it talks to, its privacy label and its age rating.
- The App Store's owner reviews every app and may ask for changes, turn it down, or take it out of the store later.
- My developer account is mine alone; the App Store may close it if these terms are broken.
Review, and how people use your app
People who help us review see your account and what you send, to review it.
Once your app is approved, WispOS users may install it and use it for their own personal use.
What goes with it
How the App Store reviews apps is in the App Review Guidelines. Using this site is covered by the Terms of Use, and what we keep about you by the Privacy Policy.
Your record
When you create your account, the store records this agreement's version (2026-10-22) and the time you accepted it. Signed in, you can see both on your account page. If the agreement changes, the new version gets a new date, and this version stays readable at this address.
